Baking Tips

All ovens vary! If your freshie isn’t baking all the way through, lower the temperature slightly and extend the bake time.
Low and slow generally works best with silicone molds.

Other helpful tips:

• Start from a cold oven for more even baking.

• Bake on a baker’s rack instead of a cookie sheet for better airflow.

• If you can’t get a strong scent out, bake the mold at 350°F for one hour, then soak or dunk it in vinegar.

Important

Do not remove a hot freshie from the mold! Let it cool completely, just like a cookie cutter, to prevent warping or losing shape.
